What's Qigong?

Qigong is a traditional (about 4000-year-old) Chinese practice that combines gentle movement, mindfulness, and controlled breathing techniques. It is an incredible time-saving exercise as it combines gentle movement and dynamic stretching (like yoga), breathwork, (moving) meditation and fun (like Zumba). It is easy to learn and beneficial to anyone at any age or fitness level. It improves the flow of natural healing energy (QI) and integrates our body, mind and spirit.
